Cancellation and Return/Refund Policy

Order Cancellation: Once an order for Educational Content has been processed and delivered, it cannot be canceled. We encourage customers to review their purchase thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Educational Content: Due to the nature of Educational Content, they are in principle non-refundable. Once Educational Content has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered final sale.

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds for digital products may be considered in rare cases, such as:

• The product was not delivered as described.
• There are technical issues that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate purchases due to a technical error.
